SNIPe is a primer pair selection tool for environmental DNA / metabarcoding studies, and an exploration tool for Tournayre et al.'s freshwater diversity metabarcoding dataset, which can be used to find informative subsets of validated primer pairs that maximize detection of taxa of interest.
